I first tried your software version (1.03, I think) before this latest version 1.04 with FireFox 3.6.12 installed. Version 1.03 worked very good and I was very impressed for the about 2 weeks I used it. Then, I installed the update 1.04 and your software quit working. The headings downloaded for some of them with "0 bytes" reporting that downloads for those files were successful. Usually more than half received error messages saying they were unable to download. I then updated my FireFox to 3.6.13 thinking maybe that was the cause but this did not solve the problem with your software. I have no other problems with my computer which is regularly maintained & not under-powered or overclocked. My system is: OS-WinXP SP3; MB-Gigabyte EP45-DS3R; CPU-Intel Quad Q6600; RAM-4 GB Mushkin Platinum; HD-WD Blacks (3); Video Card-ATI 4850; PS-Antec TP3 650W; Case-Antec 900; AverTV 6 Card. I will be happy to make a contribution but only after the software has been working right for awhile. Any suggestions you may have to resolve this problem will be appreciated. Thank you & have a good day. ... Allan

I don't know the exact cause to the problem as I don't see it on any of my machines. But I strongly doubt that some other add-ons (including the older version of BYTubeD) within your current browser profile may be conflicting with BYTubeD 1.0.4. Can you please try installing BYTubeD in a new Firefox profile. To create a new profile, run Firefox as "firefox -P" and create a new profile. Installing the new version in the new profile should solve the problem.
